sentir, privilégio de alguns

"Dr Jones does not experience feelings, nor show any facial expressions of emotion.
Although he had developed a habit of telling jokes to other people as a way of
establishing a limited form of social relationship, he did not find any of the jokes funny himself and therefore did not laugh.
When there are family problems, he is unaware that he is distressed except by recognizing that he has become quieter, his abdomen hurts, and he shows less than his usual minimal enthusiasm.
When other people laugh or cry in movies, he is surprised.
He is unable to dance, and dislikes all types of music.
He rarely recalls dreams, and daydreams only about mistakes he has
made on the stock market.
And although Dr Jones sometimes tells his wife that he loves her,
claimed that he has never experienced this emotion."
